Enchanted Nether Brick?

I’m confused because I found 2x Nether Brick in a Bastion Treasure Room that are enchanted with “Efficiency I”.

I thought I saw online that you could use them to make building blocks with the enchantment shimmer effect applied… however, Google is now gaslighting me and saying the item doesn’t exist in Minecraft.

Please help, I am so confused.
